The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève tracks the development of the watchmaking workmanship in a competition which finishes in the prize-giving ceremony, to be held this year on October 31st at the Grand Théâtre de Genève.
The Foundation of the GPHG has now distributed the rundown of the 72 pre-chosen watches in the racing to win the “Aiguille d’Or” Grand Prix or one of the 16 prizes that will salute the year’s best watch creations.
Anybody can cast a ballot for the Public Prize by choosing the most loved model among the watches pre-chosen by the jury visiting and enrolling at the GPHG site . Citizens will consequently participate in a prize draw with the possibility of winning a valuable watch, the Girard-Perregaux Vintage 1945 XXL Petite Seconde, worth 10’450 CHF. The winning ticket will be drawn and reported in front of an audience on October 31st, 2014 during the GPHG prize-giving service
